Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of lab automation and workflow orchestration initiatives, driving scalable and efficient lab and logistics processes across Biomedical Research.
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing scope, timelines, and budget while leading cross-functional matrix teams.
- Drive workflow automation by identifying inefficiencies and translating business processes into scalable, reusable solutions (RPA, orchestration, AI).
- Own stakeholder engagement as the primary interface, aligning priorities and communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance and standards by meeting architectural, security, and regulatory requirements and aligning with enterprise platforms and data integrity needs.

Essential Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in a scientific/technology/computational science/data science area.
- 10+ years relevant experience across the Pharma continuum in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end on time and within budget across lab, data, or digital domains.
- Strong project management: prioritization, planning, execution, communication, and risk management; manage dependencies across teams/systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions; understanding of lab operations and scientific systems.
- Strong systems thinking and automation mindset.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with modern delivery practices (agile, experimentation, product-centric delivery models).
- Agentic AI experience.
- Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured initiatives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Curious, self-motivated, collaborative, delivery-oriented mindset.
