Position: Delivery Lead for Lab Automation & Logistics (Internal title: Associate Director)

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of lab automation and workflow orchestration initiatives, enabling scalable and efficient lab and logistics processes in Biomedical Research.
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional matrix teams; align with stakeholders and D&D functions.
- Drive workflow automation by identifying inefficiencies and translating processes into scalable, reusable solutions (RPA, orchestration, AI).
- Own stakeholder engagement as the primary interface; communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet architectural, security, and regulatory requirements and align with enterprise platforms and data integrity needs.

Scope/Capability areas:
- Lab device and system integration; workflow orchestration across systems/teams.
- Automation (RPA, event-driven workflows); AI solutions for operational processes.
- Sample ordering, production, and logistics workflows.
- Compliance-enabled workflow design and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s or PhD in a scientific/technology/computational science/data science area.
- 10+ years relevant experience across the Pharma continuum.
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end on time and within budget.
- Strong project management (prioritization, planning, execution, communication, risk; manage dependencies across teams/systems).
- Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
- Strong stakeholder management/communication across business and technical audiences.
- Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions; solid lab/domain and systems thinking.

Desirable:
- Agile/experimentation/product-centric delivery; agentic AI experience.
- Ability to structure ambiguous operational challenges; innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
