Lab Assistant - Full Time Microbiology

Role: Lab Assistant supporting clinical laboratory specimen processing in Dublin, OH. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen receipt, preparation, and documentation to facilitate diagnostic testing. Responsibilities: receive, sort, prepare specimens; perform minor instrumentation maintenance; troubleshoot issues; manage supplies; maintain safety and cleanliness; document data; adhere to SOPs. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; experience in specimen processing or laboratory work preferred; comfort with biological specimens; detail-oriented; basic computer skills; ability to work independently and in a team; physical capability; pass color blindness test; flexible with shifts and overtime.
