General Summary:
The Kidney Territory Account Manager (KTAM) establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs, develops a strategic business plan, and communicates disease and product knowledge to HCPs and centers of care. Leads engagement with nephrologists and serves as an account manager for specialty kidney clinics; reports to a Regional Field Leader (RFL).
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Establish meaningful relationships with nephrologists and related HCPs; serve as territory account manager for specialty kidney clinics
- Develop expertise in disease, product clinical attributes, and patient unmet needs to educate HCPs on appropriate use
- Understand assigned physicians and territory/market dynamics, including stakeholder mapping, key decision makers, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and drivers/barriers
- Manage individual territory performance and contribute to area/national performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals
- Attend meetings and take on projects/duties as requested; exercise sound judgment and comply with regulatory/compliance guidelines

Education And Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree
- Typically 5 years pharma field sales; experience in kidney/renal disease, rare disease, or similar specialty markets; product launch experience highly desired
- Must live/work within territory; valid driverβs license
- Travel up to 80% (with 10β30% overnight); work after hours as needed
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $133,600β$200,400; annual bonus and annual equity awards; some roles may be eligible for overtime
