As the Key Account Specialist (Dermatology focus) supporting the Rocky Mountains territory across Colorado and Utah (preference for Denver, CO area).
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals for the Dermatology portfolio by delivering market share and market share growth and other key metrics within assigned geography.
- Influence decision makers to support use of company products for multiple relevant disease states using targeted clinical messaging and approved medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build relationships with key decision makers to enhance business results and customer loyalty.
- Gain access to promoted products and sell in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology teaching institutions/hospitals/clinics; coordinate academic sales strategies.
- Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in academic accounts; understand IV and subcutaneous process flow.
- Create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate effective business plans for each assigned institution.
- Champion collaboration across the marketplace (internally and externally).
- Maintain administrative functions (call reporting, safe driving, expense accounting) and represent the company at scientific conventions/educational programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 7+ years successful pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech sales; 5+ years specialty dermatology sales.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Willing to travel (including weekends and/or overnight).
- Working knowledge of immunology, dermatology, rheumatology, and/or gastroenterology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of reimbursement, payer/provider, and infusion operations.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Management development courses; project-oriented selling in high-incentive culture; documented successful sales performance.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Base pay $145,000β$178,000 plus benefits, incentives, and a fleet vehicle.
