Role Summary

To drive performance for Dupixent, build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure accessibility in key accounts. The role focuses on ensuring Dupixent’s success in indication and positioning, maximizing sales in line with company strategy and compliance, and implementing tactical marketing plans that meet budget while mitigating business risks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers, map accounts and patient journeys, and educate key stakeholders on the disease and its impact.
  • Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers to maximize sales.
  • Liaise with medico-marketing teams to develop tactical plans for scaling Dupixent performance and ensure product availability.
  • Ensure development and implementation of tactical marketing plans are in line with local business strategy and meet budget.
  • Initiate, build, and maintain strong relations with key opinion leaders to increase market presence for Dupixent.
  • Promote Dupixent to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company strategy.
  • Provide quality medical information about Dupixent to healthcare professionals in compliance with ethics and company rules.
  • Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with the line manager and in compliance with internal sales systems.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to monitor product availability and movement.
  • Gather market intelligence, maintain knowledge of Dupixent and competition, and build relationships with trade personnel.
  • Assess impact on operations and propose timely action plans.
  • Execute marketing tactics and sales techniques to achieve objectives and continuously improve selling skills.
  • Update doctor cards and lists with required information.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders, report market feedback to the line manager, and adhere to procedures.
  • Participate in project implementations as required.
  • Analyze Dupixent performance, identify growth opportunities, and present solutions to management.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across accounts at the area level to position Sanofi as a strategic partner.
  • Assess and mitigate business risks (price cuts, competitor threats, alternative suppliers).
  • Conduct business activities in line with industry ethics and company policies.
  • Conduct regular visits and participate in symposiums, congresses, and meetings to increase market presence for Dupixent.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports on the CRM system and market trends/updates to the manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales pharma industry.
  • Immunology & Oncology experience are required.

Education
