Role: Key Account Manager-Nuclear Medicine (Nuc Med) responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote Lantheus' radiopharmaceutical products, notably PYLARIFY, within the U.S. healthcare market. Responsibilities include territory planning, contracting imaging centers, onboarding and training healthcare professionals, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and driving product utilization in nuclear medicine and medical imaging. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Science, and Manufacturing teams to optimize customer experience, address reimbursement challenges, and foster growth. Qualifications: minimum of 4+ years experience in healthcare contracting, with strong influencing, negotiation, and business analysis skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM; effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences; and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 5+ years of sales success in nuclear medicine, radioligand therapy, or complex specialty environments; clinical knowledge of PET/CT and radiopharmaceuticals; experience with trade organizations like SNMMI; and prior experience in product training and market access. The position is remote, with up to 60% overnight travel, and involves engagement with clinicians, administrators, and payers. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on prostate cancer imaging, PET radiopharmaceuticals, and regulatory adherence in a healthcare setting. The role reports to the Nuclear Medicine Regional Sales Director and requires strategic planning, customer engagement, and a patient-first approach to promote product adoption and growth.
