Position Overview
- Lead enterprise engagement across priority health systems, IDNs, and complex accounts within an assigned geography to build durable institutional access and drive adoption of Arrowhead’s cardiometabolic portfolio (including Plozasiran for FCS).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies across priority IDNs, health systems, and complex accounts.
- Build institutional access via formulary engagement, protocol development, and clinical pathway integration.
- Integrate Plozasiran into treatment algorithms, order sets, and clinical workflows with institutional decision-makers.
- Own multi-year account growth plans, including opportunity sizing and sustained execution.
- Use adoption, access, and performance data to segment/prioritize accounts and identify highest-impact opportunities and barriers.
- Monitor adoption metrics and proactively remove access barriers to accelerate pull-through.
- Maintain account planning discipline (regular business reviews, stakeholder maps).
- Build trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders (pharmacy leadership, population health leaders, value analysis committees, clinical champions).
- Engage in value-based discussions (HEOR, outcomes, real-world evidence) tailored to institutional priorities.
- Align enterprise decision-makers with field prescriber activation.
- Navigate multi-layered institutional approvals.
- Build clinical fluency in FCS/ApoC-III and the evidence base for Plozasiran; educate stakeholders on prevalence, diagnostics, and patient identification.
- Partner with Health IT to support patient identification tools and workflow integration.
- Coordinate with Rare Disease Specialists and Regional Sales Directors; collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Ops.
- Provide actionable field insights on competitive dynamics and access trends.
- Own account performance targets; monitor forecasts and growth indicators; maintain CRM documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (required).
- Experience managing IDNs/health systems/complex accounts (required).
- Ability to navigate and influence formulary/protocol/pathway decisions (required).
- Track record of consistent performance and territory growth (required).
- Specialty/rare disease/cardiometabolic experience (preferred).

- Understanding of health system economics, reimbursement, and access pathways.
- Translate complex clinical and HEOR data into value narratives.
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making; resilience and sound judgment.

Benefits
- Base salary: $190,000–$210,000 plus incentive compensation.
