Role Summary
Key Account Executive within Takeda Vietnam's Vaccine Business Unit, focused on implementing the defined strategy toward sustainable growth in Vietnam and managing key accounts. Location: Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the in-market sales volume and growth rate of the territory across all channels and customers.
- Identify key customers, growth drivers within the territory and develop actionable plans to grow the territory in alignment with Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan.
- Develop Joint Corporation Plan (JCP) with key customers (VNVC, Long Chau, and other assigned key accounts).
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions with excellence.
- Collaborate with Field force, brand team, brand activator and medical (MSL) to ensure a unified Takeda image and voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels nationwide.
- Serve as the key contact point organizing two-way communication between the company and clients for information sharing and collaboration in product deployment, including training and availability management.
- Identify stakeholders in the territory and engage internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts aligned with Takeda Vaccine strategy.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for external stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, HCOs, CDCs, hospitals, Institutes, and vaccination centers.
- Collaborate with Strategic Planner, Activation team and MSL on strategic accounts planning and engagement initiatives nationwide and regionally.
- Ensure consistent and compliant communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Execute commercial engagement activities per Joint Corporation Plan.
- Provide HCPs and hospital/vaccination center decision makers with timely, accurate data about Takeda products and handle objections.
- Coordinate with internal functions to provide information on product data, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities, and PV matters.
- Provide Field force leaders with accurate monthly forecast of in-market sales and in-arm data.
- Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities.
- Manage tenders of public customers in the assigned territory.
- Ensure zero non-compliance for all activities and materials in execution.
- Stay informed of market information and trends and provide feedback to field force leaders, Marketing and Medical teams to support planning and engagement with HCPs.
Qualifications
- Essential: University degree in medicine or pharmacy; compliance mindset; excellent Vietnamese communication and presentation skills.
- Desired: Experience in pharmaceutical industry as KAM/KAE; vaccine experience; good command of English (verbal, reading, writing).

Education
