Corporate Functions
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day treasury operations, including bank portal administration, account maintenance, payment inquiries, and banking documentation.
- Manage bank access and control processes (user entitlements/limits, signers, POA changes, designated senders, recertifications).
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for treasury staff and implement related bank access changes.
- Process and support payment activities (direct debits, reverse wire drawdowns, cash management requests, manual payments, wire templates) in SAP and bank portals.
- Partner with BPO teams and banks to transition/maintain working files, manage transactions/services, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Letter of Instructions and bank account management.
- Respond to internal/external inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support bank fee analysis, pricing updates, audit documentation, and compliance requirements (SOX, Internal/External Audit, Tax).
- Improve processes (dashboards, reporting, workflow enhancements, streamlining).
- Support Latin America treasury activities and additional ad hoc Treasury Operations requests.

Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking required; High School diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 0–2 years’ experience in corporate finance or corporate treasury services (commercial bank).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
