Role: Participate in a two-year Junior Officer Leadership Program involving three eight-month rotations within GE HealthCare’s business units. Objectives include leadership, skill, and competency development, with rotations designed to transition military officers into corporate roles and develop future leaders. Responsibilities: complete rotations, attend seminars, and undertake functional skills training; fulfill administrative and quality compliance requirements. Requirements: commissioned military officer with at least 4 years of service, honorable discharge, bachelor’s degree, ability to use MS Office, and effective communication skills; maximum 1.5 years since active duty (waivable). Preferred: engineering or related degrees, proven military success, leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and integrity.
