Responsibilities

• Participate in the SkillBridge internship-to-hire program designed to support career transitions for separating military service members.
• Learn firsthand how teams at Johnson & Johnson are innovating and delivering global healthcare solutions in response to complex challenges.
• Continue leadership development while building in-demand skills to support a successful transition to a civilian career.
• Collaborate with teams across areas such as Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Defense SkillBridge eligibility requirements for United States Armed Forces service members.
• A demonstrated record of success and/or leadership experience throughout military career.
• Other skills and experiences may be required or preferred depending on the area or role.
