IT Systems Integration Specialist III

Role: IT Systems Integration Specialist III supporting laboratory operations and IT infrastructure at Labcorp's Raritan, NJ location. Responsibilities: serve as liaison between lab and IT teams; provide onsite support; manage laboratory project implementations, equipment moves, upgrades, and system testing; lead network initiatives involving WAN, MDF, and IDF infrastructure; collaborate with vendors and IT security teams; support system connectivity and post-go-live stabilization. Requirements: Associate's Degree; 10+ years' experience in laboratory environments, IT support, LIS systems, regulated environments (CLIA, CAP, FDA, ISO), network configuration, and medical technology; strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills. Preferred: 10+ years' project management; relevant IT certifications (A+, Network+, Security+); prior Labcorp experience. High-Value: supporting laboratory systems in regulated, clinical or diagnostic environments; experience with LIS, laboratory instrument interfaces, and healthcare IT standards; working in fast-paced, compliance-driven settings. Work Setup: full-time, exempt, on-site Monday–Friday, with flexibility for overtime or off-hours support.
