Primary objectives include translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing user experience. Responsibilities encompass hands-on configuration of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, designing integrations via APIs, defining governance standards, and collaborating with IT, legal, and business stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting release management, and maintaining technical roadmaps. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration and solution design, particularly in sales-driven or healthcare settings. Preferred skills include experience with Salesforce Health, Service, Marketing Clouds, APIs, middleware, and experience working in regulated industries such as biotech or pharma. Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud-specific certifications are advantageous.
