- Lead cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Research and Preclinical Development, including project planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent programs.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Partner with Research, PAPD and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions; facilitate decision-making and consensus.
- Coordinate activities across business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to support integrations, transformations, and process improvement efforts.
This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of proven experience leading IT projects with a track record of delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope.
- Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, keep teams aligned, and deliver results in a fast-paced research environment.
- Expertise using tools such as project/portfolio management platforms, reporting dashboards, and roadmap/governance frameworks to drive execution, monitor portfolio health metrics, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Interest in improving effectiveness by leveraging new technologies, including AI, analytics, and project management tools.

- Based at Tarrytown, NY; 4+ onsite days per week required (not fully remote or hybrid).
