Role: Data Analyst specializing in network telemetry insights within a Data Insights and Visualization team. Primary objectives include designing and deploying analytics dashboards that integrate network flow, metrics, logs, and traces to enable proactive issue detection and resolution. Responsibilities involve developing real-time data pipelines, embedding AI components like agentic AI agents and AIOps for anomaly detection and root cause analysis, and creating reusable visualization components for diverse network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN. Qualifications: HS diploma required; 2+ years of experience with network observability tools (e.g., Grafana, LogicMonitor), building dashboards, and working with large network infrastructures (LAN, SD-WAN, wireless). Practical skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java are necessary. Preferred: certifications (AWS, Python, SQL), experience with knowledge graphs, causal AI, and integrating agents with ITSM/incident platforms like ServiceNow. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering role-specific, actionable insights for executives, product owners, and engineers. Work setup is hybrid, with no travel required.
