International Logistics Specialist

Role: International Logistics Specialist managing global supply chain operations for biopharma diagnostics products, including molecular sampling kits and rapid infectious disease tests. Responsibilities: coordinate international shipments from order entry to delivery, prepare export/import documentation (e.g., invoices, certificates, customs declarations), secure freight quotes, monitor shipments, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and resolve customs issues. Maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and customers, and manage SAP order entries. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field; 3-5 years in international logistics; strong knowledge of global trade compliance, customs procedures, and shipping documentation; proficiency with freight forwarding software, SAP, and MS Office; excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: experience in biopharma or regulated industries, familiarity with trade regulations (HTS codes, Incoterms, export controls). High-Value: focus on compliance with global trade laws, cross-border logistics, and customer satisfaction in a regulated diagnostics environment. Travel may be required within the Bethlehem, PA area; additional travel upon request.
