Role Summary

International Brand Planning, Petcare Pain role focusing on developing core assets, value propositions and key messages for inline brands in defined customer segments, in partnership with the Global Strategic Lead and regional markets. Responsible for creative core asset and message development, forecasting, and monitoring brand objectives and KPIs across international operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop core assets, value propositions and key messages for inline brands for defined customer segments in close partnership with the Global Strategic Lead, responsible Medical Leads and in collaboration with key international markets, supported by real-world evidence.
  • Lead creative core asset and message development and refresh for defined customer segments for inline brands.
  • Guide and support product and financial forecasting, operating plans and resourcing for inline brands across International operations in line with Category and Global Brand strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of US and international inline brand objectives and KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Ensure measurement of campaign effectiveness, set and track goals in partnership with Customer Engagement Teams for inline brands.
  • Ensure performance metrics for TA defense are implemented and monitored for inline brands vs key competitors.
  • Develop inline brand messages within Objection Handling guidance, anticipating competitor positioning, and collaborate with L&D on win-to-compete scenarios based on defense strategy.
  • Support markets in understanding and localizing market development strategy to drive adoption.
  • Ensure markets have tools and resources to implement marketing campaigns or messages that include new clinical study data for inline brands.
  • Coordinate execution of LOE plans for inline brands.
  • Ensure inline portfolio and brand objectives are achieved and results delivered.
  • Maintain strong operational relationships with the GAT and all commercial leads to ensure up-to-date market knowledge.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA and relevant experience required. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience with a proven record in inline brand marketing including launches and communications management.
  • Exposure to product development process and/or new product launch experience.
  • Strong financial analysis and forecasting experience for inline and new products; proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand launch activities, programs and tactics to meet share and revenue targets.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global colleagues across many countries and cultures.

Education

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
