Role: Internal Audit Associate Director for the Americas, focusing on risk anticipation, governance enhancement, and process improvement within Novartis. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end audit and advisory engagements, identify key risks, develop actionable recommendations, build senior stakeholder relationships, ensure high-quality, compliant audit delivery, and promote data-driven and AI-enabled audit practices. Qualifications: university degree, 8+ years in internal audit, consulting, or life sciences/tech, proven leadership in audit/consulting, strong understanding of governance and risk management frameworks, hands-on experience with digital tools and AI, excellent communication skills; professional certifications preferred.
