Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned territory aligned with company sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Meet and exceed KPI expectations with excellent listening and verbal communication.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets.
- Develop pre-call strategies for aligned targets.
- Demonstrate success in influencing and negotiation.
- Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge (including relevant disease states) and communicate it effectively to customers.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams; foster open communication, trust, and cross-functional execution.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM software to manage data, coordinate communications, and complete daily tasks.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree. Preferred: 1β2 years of sales experience (education/experience combinations considered).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong verbal/written communication and listening/comprehension.
- Preferred knowledge: professional sales, territory management, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk/stoop; periodic travel (~10%).
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $48,000.00β$72,000.00 USD (based on skills, experience, and location).
