Infrastructure Engineer – NGS (Next‑Generation Sequencing)

Role: Infrastructure Engineer supporting NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) operations, focusing on maintaining and optimizing sequencing instrumentation and high-throughput genetic data processing. Responsibilities: administer Linux servers, build/manage AWS cloud infrastructure, configure NGS medical devices, support distributed computing environments, develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and collaborate with vendors for system integration and troubleshooting. Qualifications: minimum of 3 years in IT infrastructure/support, 2+ years scripting experience, and experience with enterprise systems; 1+ year in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Linux administration, and NGS instrumentation is advantageous.
