Role: Implementation Specialist responsible for installing, monitoring, and customizing GE HealthCare's patient care infrastructure systems, including patient monitoring and telemetry equipment, across the U.S. Objectives: ensure seamless deployment, client satisfaction, and infrastructure support post-sale. Responsibilities: collaborate with sales, project managers, IT, biomed, and digital services to implement solutions; assess and remediate existing infrastructure; develop strong customer relationships; mentor local field engineers; manage vendor services; support new product releases; maintain administrative logs and technical documentation. Requirements: bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent; 4+ years installing and configuring network equipment; 1+ year leadership experience; solid knowledge of enterprise networking, security, and disaster recovery; ability to communicate technical solutions effectively. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years IT experience; certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA.
