Immunology Therapeutic Specialist - Boston, S, MA

Role: Immunology Therapeutic Specialist responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive product performance within a complex specialty market. Responsibilities: build trusted customer relationships, deliver clinical education on disease states and therapies, identify key stakeholders, and navigate patient access and reimbursement processes. Collaborates with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support customer needs and ensure appropriate patient access. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proven success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or complex biologics; strong clinical understanding and communication skills; ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment; willingness to travel. Preferred: experience launching new products, knowledge of reimbursement pathways, experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), and advanced clinical degrees such as PharmD, PA, or NP.
