Field-based role covering Central to Southern Mississippi including Jackson, Gulfport and Hattiesburg, MS (examples only; does not limit application). Searching for an Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology supporting the central/south Mississippi territory.

As the Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology you will:
- Attain sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech immunology products/services to office and institutional-based Dermatology HCPs, government agencies, professional/patient groups, health plans, and other decision makers.
- Use discretion and judgment to execute franchise and brand strategy/tactics within the assigned customer segment (including physicians and staff, specialists in hospitals/clinics, and pharmacists in a geographic area).
- Influence decision makers and influencers to support use of company products for relevant disease states by applying clinical/business expertise and effective selling skills.
- Execute local marketing strategies, leveraging resources and collaborating with company teams to improve business results.
- Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key local decision makers.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel as necessary.
- Reside in close proximity to the geography or willing to relocate.
- Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals (pharma/biotech/device/healthcare), or large account/B2B experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience selling injectable/infused products.
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or Dermatology field.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Project-oriented selling experience in a high-incentive, individual performance culture with documented successful sales performance.
