Immunology Business Director - Southeast

Role: Lead and develop a field sales team as Immunology Business Director (IBD), focusing on launching and promoting biologic therapies within the immunology/dermatology space. Responsibilities: build a high-performance team of Therapeutic Specialists, translate brand strategy into regional plans, optimize market access and patient support programs, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven success in specialty or biologic markets, first-line sales leadership experience and coaching skills, familiarity with HUB and patient support services, strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: dermatology/immunology experience, institutional customer engagement, product launch success. HighValue: immunology/dermatology, biologics, systemic injectable or oral JAK therapies, launch phase, cross-functional collaboration, patient access/navigating payer dynamics. WorkSetup: travel within assigned region, based on field leadership role.
