Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and performance objectives for the HS portfolio.
- Translate national strategy into priorities, call execution, account planning, and local market action plans.
- Provide field coaching (ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, skill-building) and identify/develop/retain top talent and future leaders.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy and deliver pre-launch through maturity growth targets.
- Analyze regional performance data to optimize resources and drive results.
- Demonstrate payer/reimbursement/access knowledge (formularies, step edits, prior authorizations) and lead navigation of access/fulfillment processes with internal Market & Patient Access partners.
- Support customer offices with benefits verification, prior authorizations, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution; escalate recurring barriers to improve patient experience.
- Experience with HUB services and patient support programs required.
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders; implement institutional/local strategies to drive launch adoption.
- Ensure compliant, data-driven clinical/value messaging; coach team relationships with HS-treating customers and key accounts.
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations; provide actionable field insights.
- Ensure regulatory/legal/company compliance; model ethical leadership.
- Stay current on HS science/competitive landscape; adapt in high-pressure launch environments and persist through access/prescribing barriers.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK with a track record of results.
- People leadership experience coaching/developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Business acumen/execution discipline in fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database applications.
- Ability to travel within the region; valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred:
- Dermatology/immunology experience; HS experience strongly preferred.
- Strong institutional, super group, and key account dynamics.
- Experience supporting a launch and driving sustained post-launch growth.

Compensation:
- Pay range: USD $230,000.00 - USD $293,700.00 /Yr.
