Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve HS portfolio sales/performance objectives.
- Translate national strategy into priorities, call execution, strong account planning, and local market action plans.
- Provide field coaching via ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, and skill-building.
- Identify, develop, and retain top talent and future leaders.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy.
- Deliver against launch and growth targets (pre-launch through maturity); analyze regional performance data to optimize resources.
- Understand payer/reimbursement/access (formularies, step edits, prior authorizations) and navigate access/fulfillment processes with Market & Patient Access partners.
- Support offices with benefits verification, prior authorizations, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution (HUB/patient support programs required).
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders; implement institutional/local strategies to drive adoption.
- Ensure delivery of compliant, data-driven clinical/value messages.
- Coach HS customer/key account relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations) and provide actionable field insights.
- Ensure activities meet regulatory/legal/company compliance standards.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK with strong results.
- People leadership coaching/development (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database applications.
- Travel within region as required; valid driver’s license/acceptable driving record.

Preferred:
- Dermatology/immunology experience; HS experience strongly preferred.
- Institutional, super group, and key account experience.
- Launch and post-launch sustained growth experience.

Pay Range: USD $230,000.00–$293,700.00/yr.
