Immunology Business Director (HS) - New England

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a high-performance culture with accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve HS portfolio sales and performance objectives.
- Translate national strategy into clear priorities, effective call execution, account planning, and local market action plans.
- Provide field coaching (ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, skill-building).
- Identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate on regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy; deliver launch and growth targets from pre-launch through maturity.
- Analyze regional performance data to optimize resources and drive results.
- Understand payer/reimbursement/access dynamics (formularies, step edits, prior authorizations) and navigate access/fulfillment with internal Market & Patient Access partners.
- Support customer offices with access barriers, benefits verification, PA, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution (HUB/patient support programs required).
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders; implement institutional/local strategies to drive adoption.
- Ensure compliant, data-driven clinical/value messaging.
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations) and use field insights to refine strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK with a record of results.
- People leadership experience coaching/developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Ability to lead in fast-paced cross-functional environment; strong business acumen.
- Microsoft Office and CRM/database proficiency.
- Regional travel as required; valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Dermatology/immunology experience; HS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with institutional, super group, and key account dynamics.
- Experience supporting a launch and driving sustained post-launch growth.
