Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Execute regional business plans for the HS portfolio; translate national strategy into priorities, call execution, account planning, and local market action plans.
- Provide field coaching (ride-alongs/joint calls/observation) and identify, develop, and retain top talent.
Sales Strategy & Launch Execution
- Collaborate to execute regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy.
- Deliver launch and growth targets from pre-launch through maturity.
- Analyze regional performance data to optimize resources and drive results.
Market Access, Pull-Through & Fulfillment
- Understand payer/reimbursement/access (formularies, step edits, prior authorizations).
- Navigate complex access/fulfillment with internal Market & Patient Access partners.
- Support offices with benefits verification, PA, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution (HUB services/patient support required).
Key Account Customer Engagement & Market Development
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders.
- Implement institutional/local strategies to drive launch adoption.
- Ensure compliant, data-driven clinical/value messaging; coach relationships with HS-treating customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations; share field insights to refine strategy and execution.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Specialty market experience; systemic injectable biologics and/or oral JAK with proven results.
- People leadership coaching/development (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Business acumen/execution discipline; Microsoft Office and CRM/database proficiency.
- Travel within region as required; valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Dermatology and/or immunology (HS strongly preferred).
- Institutional/super group/key account experience.
- Launch support and sustained post-launch growth.
Pay Range
- USD $230,000.00β$293,700.00/year.
