Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists; build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Execute regional business plans to achieve HS portfolio sales/performance objectives; translate national strategy into priorities, call execution, account planning, and local action plans.
- Provide field coaching (ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, skill-building) and identify/develop/retain talent.
- Collaborate on regional launch strategy for a new HS therapy; deliver pre-launch through maturity launch/growth targets.
- Analyze regional performance data to optimize resources and drive results.
- Manage payer/access dynamics (formularies, step edits, prior authorizations); partner to navigate access/fulfillment processes with Market & Patient Access partners.
- Support offices to address access barriers (benefits verification, prior auth, bridge/copay assistance, specialty pharmacy distribution); escalate recurring barriers compliantly; HUB/patient support program experience required.
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders; implement institutional/local strategies to drive launch adoption; deliver compliant, data-driven clinical/value messages.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations; provide actionable field insights.
- Ensure activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and company compliance standards.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK; strong results.
- People leadership experience coaching/developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Business acumen/execution discipline in fast-paced environments.
- Microsoft Office and CRM/database proficiency.
- Regional travel as required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Dermatology and/or immunology experience; HS experience strongly preferred.
- Institutional/super-group/key account experience.
- Launch and post-launch sustained growth experience.

Pay Range (if applicable)
- USD $230,000.00–$293,700.00 per year.
