Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture; conduct field coaching (ride-alongs/joint calls, observation, skill-building).
- Execute regional business plans for HS (hidradenitis suppurativa) sales and performance objectives; translate national strategy into local priorities and action plans.
- Collaborate on regional launch strategy for a new HS therapy; deliver pre-launch to maturity launch and growth targets; use performance data to optimize resources.
- Lead access/pull-through/fulfillment: payer/reimbursement dynamics (formulary, step edits, prior authorization), partner navigation with internal Market & Patient Access teams.
- Support access barriers (benefits verification, bridge programs, copay assistance, specialty pharmacy distribution); escalate recurring issues compliantly; HUB/patient support experience required.
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders/opinion leaders; deliver compliant, data-driven clinical/value messaging; coach team relationships with HS-treating accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations) and provide actionable field insights.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK with a results track record.
- People leadership experience coaching/developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Market Access, and/or Operations.
- Strong business acumen; execution discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.
- Regional travel as required; valid driverโs license/acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Dermatology and/or immunology experience; HS experience strongly preferred.
- Institutional, super group, and key account dynamics experience.
- Experience supporting a launch and driving sustained post-launch growth.
Pay Range
- USD $230,000.00 - USD $293,700.00 /Yr.
