IM Finance Compliance Manager (Transcend)

Role: Finance Compliance Manager within Johnson & Johnson's IM Transcend program, overseeing compliance and risk management across a global ERP transformation initiative (S4 Hana). Responsibilities: develop and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy covering design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition; embed compliance into program governance; proactively identify and mitigate financial, technological, and process risks; lead SOX and internal control testing; coordinate with audit and assurance teams; provide risk insights to leadership; drive process standardization and automation. Requirements: expertise in financial and IT controls, SOX 404, US GAAP/IFRS; experience managing compliance in large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate process, data, and technology changes into risks and controls; adept in matrix environments.
