IM Finance Compliance Manager (Transcend)

Role: Finance Compliance Manager within Johnson & Johnson's IM Transcend program, focusing on safeguarding the global ERP transformation (S4 Hana) through risk-based compliance strategies. Responsibilities: develop and execute compliance frameworks across design, build, testing, deployment, and transition; collaborate with program leadership and functional teams; identify and mitigate financial, technology, and process risks; oversee SOX, GxP, and internal controls; coordinate audits and ensure audit readiness; report risk insights to senior management; drive process standardization and automation. Requirements: expertise in internal controls, SOX 404, US GAAP/IFRS; extensive experience in large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA; strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment; knowledge of digital tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery) a plus. Preferred: experience in complex multi-ERP environments, risk management, process improvements, and strategic thinking.
