IAI M&A Portfolio Lead

Role: M&A Portfolio Lead for Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure (IAI) at AbbVie, overseeing all M&A and Facilities projects related to IAI services, ensuring project assets, staffing, and financial management for seamless integration, divestiture, or facilities launch. Responsibilities: govern project execution, collaborate with internal leads and external providers, manage costs, ensure resource onboarding (hardware, software, personnel), participate in planning, improve processes and financial performance, and monitor SLAs and KPIs for service quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering with 6-7 years' experience; knowledge of project/portfolio management, outsourcing, IT infrastructure deployment, and managing geographically diverse teams. Preferred: PMP certification.
