Schedule:
- 1st Shift 7:00am–3:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC mechanics with technical issues and advanced problems; escalate inefficiencies and utility operation issues to the supervisor; assign tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Operate and maintain HVAC and related equipment per OEM requirements; perform preventive and breakdown maintenance; conduct routine inspections to prevent utility/equipment breakdowns.
- Inspect utility equipment areas for cleanliness; maintain daily logbooks per SOP and GMP; ensure ancillary equipment is operational and calibrated; review alarms/alerts and resolve promptly.
- Create/maintain spare parts and refrigerant trackers; coordinate with maintenance supervisors to plan priorities and maintain inventory; maintain breakdown maintenance material lists and assess needed skills.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance; review service reports and ensure rectification; schedule and pass periodic inspections per GMP.
- Ensure maintenance/repair work is completed safely, effectively, and on time.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required)
- Experience: 4+ years in Facility Maintenance; pharmaceutical/production/laboratory environment preferred.
Skills (Intermediate):
- Follow safety standards with multiple services/tools/equipment.
- Observe/record/report unsafe working conditions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and schematics for building/utilities systems.
- Follow orders and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Apply preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, renovation, and minor construction methods.
Additional Requirement:
- Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
Benefits/Pay:
- Base salary: $40.00–$50.00 per hour.
