About The Role
As a member of the HR team, the Human Resources Coordinator II supports contingent workforce, new and current employee onboarding, and HR teams with day-to-day activities related to guidelines, workflows, and approvals. Responds to employee and third-party employment inquiries and gathers data to support HR projects.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Program Support: respond to general HR inquiries via ServiceNow; track new employee relocation cases (expense tracking, triage issues/questions, vendor communication); administer recognition and company-wide programs; support Safe Driver program (coordinate annual MVR checks and follow-up); conduct background checks/screens for credentialing; support contingent worker initiatives; coordinate new hire orientation, I-9 processing, and onboarding.
- Compliance: track HR compliance programs in the Learning Management System (LMS); coordinate federal/state/local compliance posters; respond to DOL and other government surveys/data requests; handle unemployment claims; coordinate worker’s compensation reporting and premium payment processing.
- Data Management: create/maintain/update/secure employee records; update HCM database records for new hires, terminations, and status changes; support Contingent Workforce (CW) tracking, filing, and status determination; gather/monitor/validate HCM data and run reports.
- Other HR Responsibilities: act as an employee point of contact and refer as needed (POs and contract uploads in Agiloft; benefits/insurance; open enrollment/system questions); coordinate employee events; assist with administrative tasks and backup other coordinators; other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/Associate’s degree + 2+ years HR or related experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with relevant experience.

HR Knowledge
- Understanding of HR programs/policies/processes; familiarity with employee records and HR systems; understanding of how HR supports business objectives.

Administrative & Operational Skills
- Handle routine to moderately complex HR tasks independently; use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; support multiple projects; meet deadlines; work in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.

Communication & Relationship Building
- Strong written/verbal communication; professional email/phone/in-person; build relationships across departments and with leadership; good judgment and interpersonal skills.
