HR Business Partner - US Commercial

Responsibilities
- Partner with US Commercial functional lines to execute the people plan across: AI/Digital Enablement, change delivery, business acumen, culture development, organizational design/development, workforce & strategic capability planning, succession/talent/performance, HR governance & risk, and reward/retention.
- Use HR systems/data to identify challenges/opportunities, generate insights, influence decisions, and measure impact; apply AI to improve efficiency.
- Lead and drive diverse change projects (e.g., complex change, workforce restructuring) and champion senior leaders through change.
- Apply HR/business insights to improve performance; prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact, cost, risk, and trade-offs.
- Coach leaders on engagement strategies, diversity/inclusion, high-performing teams, and employee wellbeing.
- Partner to improve organization effectiveness; use analytics to assess solutions and track benefits.
- Diagnose capability gaps; support implementation of optimal workforce plans.
- Execute talent strategies to attract/develop/retain a strong, diverse pipeline; coach leaders on talent management and performance.
- Mitigate HR risks, escalate appropriately, partner on high-risk issue resolution, and support labor union/works council discussions; collaborate with industrial relations.
- In partnership with reward experts, develop/execute reward plans supporting pay for performance and compensation strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- HR generalist experience; 7+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience across leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, building high-performing teams, capability builds, and performance management.
- Strong data/analytics, stakeholder influence, and project management/continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Senior-level influence/challenge/coach; communication of vision/strategy.
- Experience delivering complex organizational changes (e.g., global restructuring).
- Proven track record of excellence and business impact.
