HR Leader, Supply Chain (Raynham, MA) β onsite (4β5 days/week).
Purpose: Support business leaders to drive the talent agenda and enable business results through coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management, and business partnering; address complex organizational challenges with strong HR leadership aligned to business goals and HR strategies.
Primary Client Group: Raynham & Bridgewater Manufacturing Sites; also supports other DePuy Synthes Supply Chain business groups and leaders in the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders as a strategic people partner.
- Deploy global/sector standardized HR strategy to drive performance and growth.
- Design and implement a talent strategy to ensure current/future talent pipelines.
- Drive employee engagement via organizational development interventions and coaching.
- Collaborate with the One HR Team to create and implement integrated HR strategies.
- Develop and implement effective change strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent (preferably Business or HR).
- 8+ years professional experience; minimum 5 years progressive HR/HR-related experience.
- Experience managing/planning/implementing projects and business support initiatives.
- Relationship management, coaching, collaboration, interpersonal/consultative/facilitation skills.
- Ability to integrate business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes.
- Experience with innovative change efforts and detailed change management plans.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions/industries in large, complex organizations.
- Travel up to 20% (may be required).
