Responsibilities:
- Maintain and/or approve employee record data in Workday (transfers, personal info, title changes, etc.) via Manager or Employee Direct Access.
- Complete pending new-hire transactions in Workday HCM after candidates reach “Ready to Hire” status in the ATS.
- Support employee movement, employee status, payroll, benefits/leaves, performance check-ins, and compensation processes by maintaining accurate, on-time Workday data.
- Support integrity of employee records and Workday data to ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
- Maintain supervisory organizations, organization assignments, and position titles in Workday.
- Complete weekly payroll reconciliation (review audit reports, analyze discrepancies, process updates).
- Review integration “kickout” reports and process Workday updates based on discrepancies.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
- Enhance myBMS content/FAQs and Local Work Instructions (LWIs) based on case-resolution feedback.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Recommend process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
- Participate in scheduled/ad-hoc training and apply learnings to execution and skill development.
- Collaborate with HR and functional teams to meet People Service goals (TAT/FLR).

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Detail-oriented; strong accuracy/quality.
- Proficient in MS Excel; able to manipulate data; learn required business systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
- Team collaboration.
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (beyond English).
- Experience in HR Shared Services delivery model.
- Experience in multi-cultural/multi-country environments.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Tampa, FL, US: $58,060–$70,349.
