In this role, you will partner with US Commercial functional lines to execute the people plan across:
- AI/Digital Enablement:
- Use HR systems/tools to identify challenges/opportunities, generate insights, and influence decisions.
- Use AI to improve HR and business-aligned work processes.
- Scale AI/digital/tech best practices to strengthen capabilities.
- Leading and Delivering Change:
- Assess current/future business needs; diagnose change opportunities using data/systemic thinking.
- Lead diverse change initiatives (e.g., complex change, workforce restructuring).
- Influence senior leaders to lead through change.
- Business Acumen:
- Apply HR insights to improve business performance; prioritize based on strategic impact, cost, risk, and trade-offs.
- Identify people-context opportunities for business improvement.
- Culture Development:
- Coach leaders on engagement strategies, culture impact, diversity/inclusion, high-performing teams, and employee wellbeing.
- Organizational Design & Development:
- Partner to improve organization effectiveness; use data/analytics to assess solutions and monitor benefits.
- Workforce/Capability Planning:
- Diagnose capability gaps and support workforce plans for strategic capabilities.
- Talent, Performance & Succession:
- Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent; coach senior leaders on talent management and performance.
- HR Governance & Risk / Reward:
- Mitigate HR risks, escalate appropriately, support union/work council discussions, and partner with industrial relations.
- Coach leaders on pay-for-performance and execute compensation strategies with Reward experts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (HR/Business or related); HR generalist experience.
- 7+ years HR Business Partnering.
- Experience across leadership development, talent management, coaching, capability builds, performance management.
- Data/analytics insight, stakeholder influence, project management, matrixed org experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Influence/challenge/coach at senior leadership; communicate vision/strategy.
- Experience delivering complex organizational change (incl. global restructuring).
Skills: Business acumen, cultural change management, data analysis, digital fluency, leadership/development, OD, risk management, stakeholder management, strategic resource planning, talent management.
