About The Role
Provides HR expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, retention, coaching/development, conflict management, and ad hoc HR projects.
Your Contributions
- Align organizational objectives with employees and management
- Deliver HR solutions based on business strategy and performance data
- Coach/counsel mid-level managers on HR topics (performance, strategy, workforce planning)
- Resolve employee concerns using listening, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating
- Translate business requirements into immediate and long-term HR needs
- Advise leaders on engagement and leadership capability
- Drive HR programs/processes (policy, performance review, workforce planning, org change)
- Administer talent management and succession planning
- Partner with HR COE teams (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, HR Ops)
- Monitor engagement and cultural health; identify opportunities for culture initiatives
- Maintain organizational literacy; other duties as assigned
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business/HR/Behavioral Sciences or related + 6+ years HR (performance, talent/succession, engagement, org development, change, coaching, communications) (Life Sciences preferred)
OR Masterβs + 4+ years
OR High School/GED + 10+ years equivalent experience/training/certifications
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws (incl. AAP/EEO) and ability to apply
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); strong project management/team leadership
- Ability to coach through complex/difficult issues; comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional partnership
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $119,700.00β$164,000.00; target annual bonus 30%; equity long-term incentive eligibility
