HR Business Partner (Global Regulatory Affairs / Chief Medical Officer Organization HR)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver change using data/systemic thinking; drive global change projects and workforce restructuring; partner with senior leaders.
- Apply business acumen to improve performance; prioritize HR initiatives by strategic impact, cost, risk, and trade-offs; identify people-related opportunities.
- Coach leaders on engagement and culture development; ensure diverse and inclusive environments.
- Partner on organizational design and development using data/analytics to assess solutions and monitor benefits.
- Diagnose capability gaps and support workforce planning for key strategic capabilities.
- Coach succession planning and talent management; embed best practices; align with workforce strategy.
- Manage HR governance and risk; handle escalations, partner to resolve high-risk issues, and address inappropriate behaviors.
- Partner with Reward experts to develop/deliver reward and retention plans; coach leaders to reward based on value and contributions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs/Degree or Diploma (HR/Business or related) + business partnering HR experience; HR generalist experience.
- Experience with global consultation landscape/process.
- Hands-on transformation change experience; coaching others for complex cultural change.
- 7+ years delivering HR interventions (leadership development, talent management, team capability, performance management).
- Data/analytics to derive insights; experience recruiting/onboarding/coaching/counseling senior leaders.
- Experience in large, complex organizations; team/matrix leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Works effectively in complex matrix/global/different cultures.
- Process excellence/continuous improvement; strong decision-making and project delivery; excellent communication/influencing/stakeholder management; strong project management.
