Role Summary

HR Business Partner role in the global HR organization at GSK, supporting R&D leaders and partnering to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver change initiatives, helping the business adapt and thrive.
  • Use data and business acumen to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Champion culture of inclusion and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Partner with the R&D Talent Team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and mitigate risks.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Required: University/College Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with strong HR operations/generalist and business partnering experience.
  • Required: 7+ years of experience in a client-facing HR business partnering role.
  • Required: Experience in leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability building and performance management.
  • Required: Experience in project management delivering large scale projects.
  • Required: Experience in delivering HR interventions across leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, and performance management.
  • Required: Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, decision-making, and calculated risk-taking.
  • Required: Project management skills with experience delivering high-quality projects within timelines and budget.
  • Required: Understanding of the global consultation landscape and ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and stakeholder networks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience.
  • R&D Experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Learning agility, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Decision making with flexible thinking and calculated risk.
  • Global consultation processes.
  • Coaching and counseling senior leaders; ability to influence at senior leadership level.

  • Ability to communicate vision, strategy and direction effectively.
  • Experience delivering complex organizational changes including global restructuring.
