Role: HPC Systems Administrator supporting Lilly and NVIDIA's AI-driven drug discovery partnership, focusing on building and maintaining scalable AI and high-performance computing platforms for advanced machine learning workloads. Responsibilities include deploying secure, reliable, and high-performance HPC environments, automating workflows, optimizing resource management, and collaborating across research, engineering, and infrastructure teams to enhance productivity and platform efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field; at least 5 years' experience in large-scale HPC, GPU, or distributed computing support, with expertise in Linux, scripting (Python, Bash), automation tools (Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker), and job scheduling platforms (Slurm, Grid Engine). Preferred: Knowledge of GPU infrastructure management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and supporting regulated environments.
