Regional Sales Manager (RSM) โ Hospital Sales (South Region)
Responsibilities (Essential):
- Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Psychiatry Hospital sales team (8โ10 Hospital Account Managers).
- Develop expertise and coach others on regional business focus areas (settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities) and flawless execution of the marketing strategy.
- Develop effective business plans to meet/exceed regional sales goals; analyze trends using weekly/monthly data.
- Coach/train teams in different settings of care to identify key business opportunities.
- Coordinate efforts with sales leadership and cross-functional partners (market access, sales operations, training).
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and operate with integrity.
- Coach teams to execute the defined call plan and succeed from hire date onward; spend 90+ days in the field supporting local reps.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical first-line sales management/people management (or internal leadership ability).
- Proven record of achieving sales goals and building/coaching/developing sales teams.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Psychiatric therapeutic-area experience; long-acting injectables for schizophrenia.
- Product launches in psychiatry across multiple settings of care/hospitals.
- Injectable and in-hospital administration in acute care.
- Rare disease experience; specialty pharmacies, Buy and Bill, HUB services.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong written/verbal communication; impactful presentation.
- Ability to interact with customers in live/virtual settings; proficiency with technology.
- Understanding of reimbursement/pull-through strategies across relevant settings.
Travel: Extensive within assigned region; may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
Salary/Incentive: $151,000โ$190,000; eligible for sales incentive plan.
