Primary Activities Include
- Communicates about products in a meaningful, relevant way for each customer; customizes discussions based on customer needs.
- Engages in informed product discussions with healthcare provider (HCP) customers; knows when/how to seek and provide additional information.
- For select accounts, serves as primary point of contact: meets key customers/personnel to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (MCOs), employers, regulations/network structure, customer needs, and identifies business opportunities.
- Coordinates with the customer team to develop customer strategy (interactions/relationships, solutions, and potential offerings).
- Partners with National Account Executives (NAEs) to support Managed Care pull-through.
- Shares learning/best practices across customers.
- Focuses on better health outcomes (including HCP and patient experience).
- Provides input into resource allocation and selects programs/services from company resources.
- Works with solutions group (HQ) and/or Medical Account Executive (MAE) to develop/deliver relevant offerings.
- Maintains understanding of practice structure/business model/network influencers and shares info with stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the in-scope customer team to ensure consistent customer experience across divisions.
- Implements approved resources, programs, and messages.
- Creates awareness of approved Inpatient Hospital Letters of Participation (LOP) and discusses approved contract details.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree + 3+ years sales experience OR high school diploma + 6+ years equivalent experience (e.g., sales/marketing, military, healthcare/scientific field not sales-related).
- Required: Scientific/healthcare environment experience; prior sales experience; new business opportunity development with existing customers; experience establishing new customer relationships; understanding of products/therapeutic areas; consistent performer; valid driverโ€™s license.
- Preferred: Consulting or customer service experience; experience developing/executing customer engagement plans; understanding of HQ operations; ability to analyze metrics; Hospital/Institutional sales experience.

Territory/Travel
- Territory: Reading, PA (must reside within territory). Overnight travel may be required.
