Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise to educate hospital HCPs on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety to support on-label prescribing.
- Function independently to drive sales performance; manage forecasts and budgets to meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Identify and prioritize regional customer segments (hospital accounts, IDNs, Academic/Comprehensive/Large Community Hospitals).
- Support formulary approvals and implementation of protocols/order sets via strategic targeting using promotional resources and analytics.
- Provide product and patient-support education to hospital HCPs/clinical end-users; deliver RSV disease-state education.
- Build expertise in account/market dynamics and stakeholder mapping; navigate referrals, access, and patient pathways.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, medical, market access) within compliance guidelines.
- Execute Strategic Account plans and present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs.
- Drive win/win outcomes across functions; complete continuous self-education.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharma sales (or 2 years hospital selling).
- Cross-functional hospital/health system selling; strong account management.
- Proven success engaging complex stakeholders in clinical environments.
- Strong scientific acumen; track record of top-tier hospital/system sales results.
- Clinical expertise and hospital P&T experience to achieve formulary addition.
- Payer/reimbursement understanding; effective communication/organization.
- Valid driver’s license; safe driving record; ability to travel regularly.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per company policy (14 days prior to start).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years pharma sales with 4+ years hospital selling.
- Existing hospital relationships.
- Experience executing accounts/formulary decisions.
- Vaccine/buy-and-bill knowledge; hospital launch experience (last 4 years).
- Managed market dynamics/competitive landscape knowledge.
