How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Develop effective business plans to meet/exceed territory-level sales goals; identify key opportunities in different settings of care.
- Coordinate with sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and address concerns.
- Build rapport with HCPs and hospital staff; provide appropriate education and actions based on needs.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote the product and provide product/patient education.
- Work with specialty pharmacy facilities to ensure product availability and provide education.
- Stay current on hospital formulary developments via the P&T committee.
- Work with discharge coordinators to support patient follow-up and transitions of care.
- Maintain defined call average (face-to-face interactions) focused on top target customers.

Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience required; preferably long-acting injectable schizophrenia.
- Hospital setting experience: buy-and-bill, formulary placement, P&T committees, and in-services.
- Psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
- Long-acting injectable schizophrenia hospital experience preferred; successful product launches across multiple care settings preferred.
- Injectable and in-office administration experience within a mental health facility.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Live/virtual customer interactions and technology proficiency.
- Reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies; experience across Hospitals, VA’s, CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice.
- Understanding of buy-and-bill model.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
- Proven written/verbal communication.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements
- Extensive travel in assigned region; may include air travel and weekend/overnight travel.

Salary Range
- $88,000–$160,000 annually; eligible for company sales incentive plan.
