Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans to meet/exceed territory sales goals; sell across settings of care and identify key opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and other Teva teams (market access, sales operations, training).
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and address concerns.
- Build relationships with HCPs and hospital staff; provide appropriate product/value-based actions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-services.
- Promote product and provide product/patient education with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
- Work with specialty pharmacy facilities to ensure availability and provide education.
- Monitor hospital formulary developments with the P&T committee.
- Work with discharge coordinators on patient follow-up and transitions of care.
- Maintain sales-plan call average (face-to-face HCP interactions) focused on top targets.
Qualifications & Preferred:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (prefer long-acting injectable schizophrenia).
- Hospital experience: buy-and-bill, formulary placement, P&T committees, and in-services.
- Psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
- Long-acting injectable schizophrenia hospital experience preferred.
- Experience launching psychiatric products across settings of care.
- Injectable and in-office administration experience in a mental health facility.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Live/virtual customer interaction and technology proficiency.
- Reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategy; experience across hospitals/VA/CMHC/specialty pharmacy/private practice.
- Buy-and-bill model knowledge.
- Leadership, collaboration, written/verbal communication.
- Valid US driverโs license; acceptable driving record.
Travel: Extensive travel within assigned region.
Compensation: $88,000โ$160,000 starting salary; eligible for sales incentive plan.
