HL7 Integration Engineer

Role: HL7 Integration Engineer supporting GE HealthCare Perinatal Systems, focusing on designing, implementing, and testing interfaces to integrate hospital IT systems with medical products. Responsibilities: develop system interfaces, collaborate with customers and vendors on specifications, improve integration tools and processes, and manage multiple projects with limited travel. Requirements: AS Degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of relevant experience, Level 1 HL7 Cloverleaf certification or 3+ years HL7 experience, project management, basic networking, Windows Server proficiency, and programming skills in TCL, PowerShell, Python, XML, or C. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, certifications in Cloverleaf and HL7 V2, familiarity with multiple interface engines (e.g., CorePoint, Iguana), healthcare standards (HL7 V2.x, CDA, FHIR, JSON, REST API), Linux, and AWS environments. High-value: healthcare integration, HL7 standards, cloud-native platforms, and hospital IT systems. Work setup: remote work with limited travel.
